Returns & Refunds
At ZEBA, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return purchased items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, following these guidelines:
Condition of Returned Items
Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached, including the barcode and the Invoice. This ensures we can efficiently restock the items.
Unused and Unwashed: Returned items must be in unused and unwashed condition, free of any damage or stains. We cannot accept items that appear worn or used in any way.
Please be aware that items such as Carpets, Dhurries, Wallpapers, Wall art, Wall Art Clusters, and any customized orders are excluded from our return policy.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are generally responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. This discourages unnecessary returns.
Our Error: If we ship the wrong item, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at +91 89760 71562, Mon – Fri 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm (IST). We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
