THE MANUFACTURE
At ZEBA, the sourcing, conceptualization, designing, production,
manufacture and after-sales care of merchandise is completely
in-house and fully integrated. As a result quality control
starts from the raw material stage and continues stringently
through all the stages till the final product is delivered
to the customer. |

Floor coverings like rugs,
carpets and dhurries are produced at ZEBA's facility in
Mirzapur, North India. Around 20,000 families weave magic
into carpets putting their heart and soul into each piece. |

Textile development is a continuous
process across India. Most of the exquisite weaves are
from South, West, North and Central India. ZEBA's skill
is in organizing the unorganized handicraft sector and
converting traditional designs to acceptable international
standards. |

Fabrication and tailoring is
located in the suburbs of Mumbai. Here a large workforce
fabricates ZEBA merchandise for despatch to Indian and
foreign locations. The Quality Control Team checks the
fabric for colourfastness, fastness to light and shrinkage. |
